Audience

See how many people plan your festival

People with your festival in their plan, new plans, followers, plans opened and ticket clicks, each compared with the period before, and a chart for every day. Choose 7, 30 or 90 days or all time, and print the report for your team.

Demand

Which acts fans want most

Every act ranked by the plans that picked it, with its share of planners and how many marked it a must. Download the list as CSV for booking and production.

ClashesPro

Clashes that split your fans

Sets at the same time on different stages that the same people planned, with how many fans want both and how long the sets overlap. For acts without a set time yet: which pairs to keep apart. Fix them before you publish and more fans see what they came for.

Stage loadPro

Which stages your planners want, every half hour

How many of the plans made on Setgrid include a set at each stage in each half hour, day by day. It's planning interest among people with a plan, not a count of who will be there: one input for bars, staff and toilets, never a crowd forecast.

On the day

Running late? Move a stage in one tap

What's on now and next on every stage. Push a stage back by 5 to 30 minutes or cancel a set: the festival page updates at once and everyone who planned it gets a notification with your note.

Keep fans informed

Every change reaches the people it affects

When a set moves, the fans who planned it hear about it. Send an update to everyone who planned or follows your festival in one message.

Fans' privacy first

You see counts from 5 people up, never who planned what. Fans hear from you only about your festival, and only if they planned or followed it.

Questions

What does it cost?

Publishing, the website embed, basic numbers and a team of up to 3 are free. For Pro and Connect, tell us about your festival.

We already have a festival app.

Keep it. Connect puts Setgrid's planning inside your app, or use our timetable feed and calendar files.

Our timetable lives in Excel.

Keep it there. Import the sheet, or connect a Google Sheet, and import again whenever it changes.

Can you set it up for us?

Yes. Tell us about your festival and we import your timetable and link your festival.

Do fans need an account?

No. A plan lives on the phone it was made on; an account only syncs it between devices and keeps it safe.

What happens to our data?

Your timetable stays yours: export it as Excel or CSV any time. From fans you see counts from 5 people up, never who planned what; fans' privacy says how.
